AN INTRODUCTION TO YODELING

Learn the basics about holding a note and overtone singing, or have fun calling the cows home and singing alpine blessings and Toggenburg folk songs together. In the sound of bells and clay cymbals you will get to know the alpine culture of the Säntis and Churfirsten mountains and learn about the universal significance of the harmonic series. Excitement and goose-bumps are guaranteed, because you will not only be amazed at how quickly your group can produce a whole tapestry of sound but also experience new emotions triggered by natural tones.

«KLANGSTOBETE»

Sound is rhythm and  rhythm is sound! The «Klangstobete» event offers an ideal opportunity to make music together under expert guidance. Are you tone-deaf or believe yourself to be non-musical? Then the «Klangstobete» will convince you of the contrary! There is neither right nor wrong, and all it takes is a little courage and some support to elicit wonderful tones from the rhythm and sound instruments. Within a short time, you and your group will create exciting sound combinations with wooden «chlefeli», with spoons, rattles, singing bowls, or drums.
